Administration and Compliance

Our service does not cease once a plan is established. We also provide a complete range of administrative services. Our disciplined procedures and the skills of our experienced staff ensure accurate and timely completion of all required governmental reports and continued compliance with ever-changing laws and regulations. Depending on the type of plan, administrative functions might include:

  • 401(k) and 401(m) nondiscrimination testing
  • Actuarial valuation and certification
  • Calculations for SFAS nos. 87, 88, and 132

Our administrative services are available as a complete package or on a piecemeal basis to augment services performed by the client's accountant, the plan's investment sponsor, or in-house personnel.

Communication — For a benefit plan to be successful, it must be understood by its participants. To aid in the communication process, we are able to:

  • Prepare Summary Plan Descriptions
  • Present the plan in an employee meeting
  • Provide clear and concise benefit statements
  • Provide daily valuation services
  • Describe distribution options
