The firm was founded in 1977 and has existed under its present
management since 1983. From the beginning, our goal has been
to bring an eminent degree of professionalism to our area of
specialization. To achieve this goal, we feel that several concepts
are basic.
Experienced Staff First
and foremost is the need for a highly-trained, personable staff
possessing diverse skills and integrity. Over time, we have
assembled such a staff with expertise in actuarial science,
deferred compensation law and accounting, finance, and computer
programming. Included are certified public accountants, attorneys,
and enrolled actuaries. Most importantly, our reputation has
enabled us to retain these invaluable members of the firm.
Income The second concept
is that our means of generating revenue should reflect the professional
nature of our services. Hence, the majority of our income is
derived from the collection of fees on a time-incurred basis.
Personalization Our
third concept is that our service should be highly personalized.
Each client, no matter how large or small, is to be given the
same quality consideration and individualized attention.
Our growth is a tribute to the soundness of these philosophies.
Our reputation for excellence has allowed this growth to develop
almost entirely from outside referrals. Our diverse clientele
number over 600, including professional corporations, manufacturers'
representatives, metal fabricators, petroleum distributors,
automotive and heavy equipment part manufacturers, building
contractors, transportation concerns, advertising agencies,
consulting engineers, financial institutions, hospitals, municipalities,
and non-profit organizations. We are confident that these concepts
